Cajun Fried Pickles

Slightly crunchy dill pickles housed inside a Cajun-seasoned crispy breading is the perfect way to snack.

Ingredients

  • Dill pickle slices

  • Egg wash (or Fry Krisp Egg Wash Replacement)

  • Fry Krisp Cajun Fish Mix

  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Heat fryer to 350°F.

Moisten food by thoroughly coating in egg wash. (Or use Fry Krisp Egg Wash Replacement)

Coat well in Fry Krisp Cajun Fish Mix.

Slowly add to fryer on 350°F.

Cook, until crispy and has golden-brown coating.

Pull out of fryer onto baking racks, letting the excess oil drain off.

 

Fry Krisp Egg Wash Replacement:

  • Add 1 ½ Cup Fry Krisp Egg Wash Replacement

  • 2 ½ Cup Cold Water

Add Fry Krisp Egg Wash Replacement slowly.

Whisk until smooth, lump free batter.
